This policy explains how AI Rap Maker handles information when you use airapmaker.app. Contact us at support@airapmaker.app with privacy questions or requests.

Information we handle

Music and video generation and paid purchases are not generally available on the production site. If those features are introduced, we will update this policy to describe the relevant content, payment, providers, and retention practices before launch.

How we use information

We use information to operate the site, maintain sign-in sessions, respond to support requests, protect against abuse, troubleshoot and diagnose problems. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these purposes may rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in security and support, or compliance with a legal obligation, as appropriate.

Cookies and browser storage

Necessary cookies and browser storage support functions such as sign-in, session security, and local drafts. Blocking them may prevent those functions from working.

Google Analytics loads automatically on the production site to count public page visits. It uses first-party analytics cookies for up to 180 days and receives basic browser, device and connection information. Page events use fixed public paths and titles; lyrics, prompts, photos, account and payment data, URL queries, fragments and referrers are excluded. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled. You can block analytics through your browser settings.

Who receives information

Our generation workflows integrate Waffo Prompt Sift for safety screening before a request can proceed. When generation is available and you submit a request, the relevant song text, title and style or video prompt are sent to Waffo for this check. We retain safety check records such as the decision, categories, request reference, time and a hash of the checked text. Drafting and exporting locally does not send your draft to Waffo.

We use Cloudflare to host and protect the service, Google for Google sign-in and page analytics. Our email and other infrastructure providers may process information needed to deliver support or operate the service. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Retention and security

Local drafts remain on your device until you clear the site's browser data or your browser removes it. We retain account, support, and technical information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, taking account of security, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Session cookies have their own expiry periods. Contact us for information about a specific record or a deletion request.

We use measures designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can clear local drafts through your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Email support@airapmaker.app to make a request; we may need to verify your identity. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
