These terms apply to your use of AI Rap Maker at airapmaker.app. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions can be sent to support@airapmaker.app.

Generation models

The song generation workflow is configured to use Suno V6. The photo-to-video workflow is configured with Seedance 2.0 Mini and Seedance 2.5. The video workspace shows the selected model. Generation is currently unavailable on the production site; model options may change before it opens.

The service

AI Rap Maker helps you develop song ideas and explore tools for music and video creation. Features may be limited, changed, or made available gradually. Currently, music and video generation and paid purchases are not generally available on the production site. The workspace indicates when a feature is available.

Song drafts are saved in your browser when local storage is available. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or devices, or using a private browsing session may remove them. Export a copy if you want to keep it. We do not guarantee that locally saved drafts can be recovered.

Accounts

Where sign-in is available, you must provide accurate account information and protect access to your Google account and devices. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission. Access may be restricted during testing or for security reasons.

Your content and generated material

You retain any rights you already have in the lyrics, prompts, images, and other materials you provide. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit and use them, including permission from people appearing in an image. Do not submit material that infringes another person's rights.

When a feature processes content, you permit us and the service providers needed for that feature to use, store, and process it to operate, secure, and support the service. This permission is limited to those purposes and does not transfer ownership of your content.

AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other material. A written draft is not an audio recording or an audio license. Rights in generated music, vocals, images, and video depend on applicable law, the underlying models and providers, and any terms presented for the feature. We do not promise exclusive rights or that a result is cleared for commercial use. Check those terms and obtain any necessary permissions before publishing or selling a result.

Content safety and acceptable use

Our song and video generation workflows integrate Waffo Prompt Sift to screen submitted text before generation. Only an approved result allows a new generation to proceed. If the check rejects or requires review, or the screening service is unavailable, generation does not start. Local drafts are not sent for screening unless you submit a generation request.

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• Create or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate content.
• Impersonate a person, deceive others with fabricated content, or use someone's likeness or voice without appropriate permission.
• Threaten, harass, promote unlawful violence, or target people with hateful abuse.
• Distribute malware, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or misuse automated requests.

We may limit access, remove content, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect users, comply with law, or meet provider requirements. To report a concern or ask for a review, email support@airapmaker.app.

Payments and future features

Paid features are not currently open on the production site. If we offer purchases later, the price, currency, what you receive, and relevant billing and refund terms will be presented before you pay. An external payment provider may also apply its own terms. No purchase is required to use the currently available draft tools.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
